Terms of Service

Repliva, operated by Orbit Tech Lab, provides a unified inbox and messaging automation for channels you choose to connect (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, and Email). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One person or business per account; you may connect multiple channels.

You agree not to use Repliva to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that violates the terms of the messaging platforms you connect;
• harass, defraud, or impersonate others;
• distribute malware or attempt to breach the security of the service;
• violate any applicable law.

Third-party platforms have their own rules. Automating a personal WhatsApp account, for example, is subject to WhatsApp's terms of service — you are responsible for using automation in a way that complies with each platform's policies, and you accept the risk that a platform may restrict accounts that violate them.

• AI replies generated with your own API key are billed by your AI provider under your agreement with them; Repliva does not mark up or control those costs.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Credits never expire and are consumed at one credit per AI-generated reply when no personal key is configured.
• Credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused; contact us to request a refund.

Your messages, contacts, and automation rules remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, display, and transmit them so the service can function. We do not use your content to train AI models.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Connected platforms may change their APIs at any time, which can temporarily affect a channel. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Tech Lab's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against accounts you connect.

You may stop using Repliva at any time — there is no subscription to cancel. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
